APPOINTMENT FAQ’S

  • Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge before 24hours using:

    • your booking email and pressing reschedule/ cancel

  • *Cancellations after 24 hours will be charged unless otherwise arranged

  • *Amendments under 24 hours may be charged.

  • *Please state either therapist’s name or ‘first available appointment’ in subject box

    - If you are on a waiting list for a specific date you will be notified by email if an availability comes up. You can then book online.

  • We are registered with the following insurers: BUPA, Vitality, Cigna, WPA Simply Health. For others, please check with your insurer.

    Payments are made at appointment and you will be emailed receipts for all treatments to be presented to your insurance company for claim.

    You may able to claim all or part of the cost of your treatment depending on policy and excess.

    *Please obtain authorisation with your insurer before starting treatment.

    • By card or cash at appointment (follow-up patients only)

    *all card details are stored securely and cards will only be charged at date/time of the appointment, not before.
